DENALI PARK, AK - - Sometimes you get stunning vista when only a few minutes before you were driving in a snow squall. The park weather can change in moments. We also had sunny patches as well. Both shots were taken at about 7:30 p.m. on a drive into the park. We can take personal vehicles to Mile 30 until May 15. After that you can only go to Mile 15 of the 92 mile road. Besides the scenery we also saw a porcupine, some caribou, lots of Ptarmigan and enought snow shoe bunnies to make a stew.
