DAVENPORT, WA - - The Black Bear Motel caught our eye as we hustled westward from the Washington state border.  The office was full of what-evers and all sorts of interesting things.  The kicker was they had themed rooms and we ended up in the 'railroad' room.
     It was loaded with train kitsch items...some real, but most to accentuate the atmosphere.
