LOGAN, UT - - The remnants of long ago volcanic activity were evident in a large area near the campground at Duck Creek (UT).  It didn't stop the groves of aspen breaking through.
(NEWS ALERT:  It's World UFO Day.  Anyone who has seen a flying saucer, raise your hand).
On Sunday, our favorite coffee stop in Cedar City...The Grind...was closed so we checked the internet and found one called 21eleven.  The first clue this might be different was we were heading out of town...not a usual location for a coffee spot.  We found it and noted it didn't look like a coffee shop, it was.  But with a difference.  Inside the front set up was like a regular place; the coffee was good.  And we had religious  music in the background.  It turns out this was the church for Four Square, an evangelical  group.
Monday on I-15 heading north we had an 80mph speed limit and the occasional big rig pulling three trailers hustling along.  At a fuel stop we found that Fed EX uses truck stops as drop / hook up locations to transfer full / empty trailers for the long haul.
