| Why would you want to live in a condo? |
ORMOND BEACH, FL - - It was 38-degrees Monday morning. I wonder what the cold felt like living / sleeping in the (very small) DIY houseboat anchored on the Halifax River a short way from where we live? If you click on the photo to enlarge it and look closely you'll see it may be compact, but it appears this individual(s) has about all that's needed...except electricity, water and sewer. Transportation to shore is provided by a small row boat and there is probably a bicycle to get around on. Since neither is to be seen, the "nobody's home" sign must be out.
