ON THE DENALI NATIONAL PARK AND PRESERVE ROAD - - So here we are rolling along on the road in a park bus. While I've mentioned the road as a bit narrow it's a part of the reason this whole 6 million acres are so spectacular. The limited access to the interior after the first 15 miles by park bus only is the key to keeping the wilderness wild and visually so imposing. What is a bit frustrating is that there is no way photos can do justice to the sensual overload which comes at you from every direction.
